I seem to recall a discussion on mineralogical wine names on this list or the DMG (German Mineralogical Society List) a few years back. In any case, Blauschiefer (=Blueschist) Riesling is quite well known - is found in the Mosel valley, for example. It refers, unfortunately, to a sedimentary rather than a metamorphic source rock :(.
